GDPR Statement

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018.

R. Glover Ascroft will ensure that all relevant processes and policies adhere to the GDPR and will review and update where necessary. It is the Company's standing position to minimise the amount of data stored on individuals, commercial organisations and others ('counterparties'), who interract with us.

R. Glover Ascroft may hold limited amounts of personal data on the representatives of our counterparties, which would be restricted to the person's role, and suitable methods of contact. Therefore the Company does not hold information that directly identifies a living person other than their role within the counterparty with whom we interract.
